I have the right to refuse service for any reason. If your behavior makes me uncomfortable, your payments will be refunded and your commission will not be completed. I have the right to deny your requests involving racist, homophobic, or other derogatory and offensive themes.

Commissions may be used in my social media posts, portfolios or future commission sheets and examples. If you do not want your commission used in this way, please let me know to opt-out.

These character commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You do not have my permission to make merch of your commissioned piece or resell your character as an adoptable using my art. If you are looking to do commercial work or other projects, please feel free to email me!

You do not have my permission to use my artwork as a jumping off point for another artist. For example, sending sketches or line art to another artist to complete is not allowed. If you wish to color a line art commission yourself, this is fine as long as I am credited if posted.

You are not allowed to use my art in any AI learning models or alter it with AI at any point during or after the process. My art also may not be used in any blockchain-related technology such as NFTs or cryptocurrency.

I only accept payment through PayPal. My preference is to send you a PayPal invoice once I complete the commission. Though, I can be flexible if you prefer to pay in advance.

Once your commission is complete, I will not accept refunds. I will only refund you if I am unable to complete your commission.

Upon receiving payment, I will send you the full resolution image of your commission. If there is failure to pay within 7 days of receiving the invoice, it will be assumed you wish to forfeit your commission and will not receive your final image.

My process is pretty standard! You send me references, I send you a sketch, you let me know any changes you'd like, I'll send another sketch until it looks how you're wanting it, then I'll go on to complete it!

Once a commission is complete, I will not do any drastic revisions.

I do not have a standard time in which I complete commissions. I try to finish them as soon as possible! If you need your commission done at a specific date, please let me know!

Please provide a reference for your character(s). It can be any kind! Like doll makers, your own drawings, pose references etc, the more detailed the better! I typically will not accept character commissions with no references.

Please be as detailed as you can be with your preferences for poses, outfits, expressions, or anything of the like. I want to make something as close to what you're picturing as possible!
